Barry Boughman, was born in Yuma, Colorado, on December 3, 1958. Admitted: Mr. Boughman was admitted to the bar of the State of Colorado in 1984. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Education: Mr. Boughman received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1984. He received a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Northern Colorado in 1980.
