Steven M. Feder is admitted to practice in Colorado and Illinois state courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
He is a member of the Colorado and Illinois Bar associations, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, Federal Criminal Justice Act Panel and the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) panel of arbitrators. He is a former chairman of the Colorado Bar Association's Securities Litigation Subsection.
Barry Boughman is admitted to practice in Colorado state court and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Boughman served as an assistant United States attorney for the District of Colorado in Denver, Colorado from 1986 to 1988. From 1984 to 1985, he also served as law clerk for the Honorable Michael R. Enwall, District Court Judge for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, Colorado.
